NHTSA: Most Drunk Driving Crashes Occur Halloween Night

Halloween is consistently one of the top three days of the year for pedestrian injuries and fatalities. According to NHTSA, the deadliest hours are between 6:00 p.m. October 31st through 6:00 a.m. November 1st. Kids between the ages of 4 and 8 face the highest risk of being killed.

Here are some good reminders for motorists, parents, and children to enjoy the spooks—but without the horror—this Halloween.
